The agreement between you and Naseeb

Effective 19 August 2026. Naseeb is operated by Naseeb Consulting, a sole proprietorship in Miami, Florida. Using the service means you accept these terms.

In one sentence: you pay for a person's attention and judgment, not for a guaranteed match, and you can stop paying whenever you like.

What the service is

Naseeb is a human-led matchmaking register. You complete a structured questionnaire; a human matchmaker reads it and decides, individually, whether to introduce you to another member.

  • No guarantee of a matchNothing here promises an introduction, a number of introductions, a response from anyone introduced to you, a relationship, or a marriage. A quiet month is a possible outcome of careful work.
  • A person decidesSoftware shortlists and flags differences. A human being decides whether any pair is introduced, and may decline to introduce anyone for any lawful reason.
  • Not a dating appThere is no browsing, no profile gallery, no swiping, no popularity ranking, and no way to pay for visibility or priority. Payment buys the reading, nothing else.
  • Not professional adviceCompatibility reports are the matchmaker's structured opinion. They are not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or religious advice.

Who may use it

  • Adults onlyYou must be 18 or older. Accounts are verified by email and age eligibility is enforced before anyone enters the matchmaking register.
  • One account per personYour account is yours. Do not share credentials or let anyone else answer as you.
  • Honest answersThe service only works if answers are truthful. Deliberate misrepresentation — marital status, age, existing relationships, or anything else material — is grounds for termination without refund.
  • Invited familyParents and guardians take part only when you invite them, and answer a separate questionnaire. Neither side sees the other's answers. You can withdraw a family invitation at any time.

Subscriptions and payment

Creating an account and completing either questionnaire is free. A subscription activates active matchmaking work on your profile.

  • Price200 US dollars per month, billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled.
  • Payment processingPayments are handled by Stripe. Naseeb never receives or stores your card number.
  • Who may payYou may pay for yourself, or an invited and linked parent may sponsor your subscription. Sponsorship never grants the payer access to your answers, your introductions, or your account.
  • CancellingCancel at any time from Manage billing in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund policy.
  • Price changesIf the price changes, existing members are told by email before it applies to them, with enough notice to cancel first.
  • Failed paymentsIf a payment fails, the card processor retries. Matchmaking pauses if the subscription lapses; your answers are kept under the retention rules in the privacy notice.

Your conduct and your content

  • Acceptable useThe acceptable use policy forms part of these terms. Breaking it can end your account.
  • What you give usYou keep ownership of your answers and photographs. You grant Naseeb only the permission needed to run the service: to store them, to let the matchmaker read them, and to show what the privacy notice says is shown — your photographs and first name travel with an introduction to one matched person.
  • What you receive about othersAnything you learn about another member — their first name, photographs, the written introduction, later their full name and email — is given to you for the purpose of considering that introduction. Do not republish it, forward it, or circulate it. This obligation outlives your subscription.

Ending the agreement

  • By youCancel the subscription at any time, and delete your profile and answers from your account's privacy controls whenever you choose.
  • By usNaseeb may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, for conduct that endangers another member, or where required by law. Every such action is recorded with a reason.
  • Refunds on terminationIf Naseeb closes your account for a breach, the current period is not refunded. If Naseeb withdraws the service from you for reasons of its own, the unused part of the current period is refunded.
  • Introductions are not vettingNaseeb reads what people write and applies judgment. It does not perform background checks, criminal record searches, or identity verification beyond email. Meeting anyone is your decision, and ordinary caution applies as it would with any introduction.
  • LimitationTo the extent the law allows, Naseeb's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Naseeb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Service availabilityThe service is provided as it stands. Naseeb aims to keep it available and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
  • Changes to these termsMaterial changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the revised terms.
  • Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
